How will you spend your working days?

• Design, deploy and manage IT systems and infrastructure, data-related technologies, including hardware, software, and network components
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain the organisation's IT security systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems
• Manage data backup and recovery systems to ensure the organisation's data is safe and secure
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve the organisation's IT systems and infrastructure
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any IT-related issues that arise
• Train end-users on new IT systems and technologies
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party IT service providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT systems and infrastructure

To apply for this job you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network security, data backup and recovery, cloud computing, virtualization, and data architectures
• Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, such as data warehousing, data integration, data pipelines, ETL, and big data platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to lead and manage IT projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel: place of work Budapest, but at least 2 times a week Dunaföldvár
